Exploring core trends in technology and design through four-week sprint cycles, in close collaboration with our client. Within each sprint, we conducted thorough trend research and analysis; designing use-cases through storyboards and interactive prototypes to deepen our understanding of each topic.

Some of the key questions:​

• How can the Smart Home seamlessly extend beyond the home?

• How will AI-generated content affect product portfolios and the client experiences?

• How might the product enable and empower individuals as well as communities?

• Should this service/feature be developed in-house or through a partnership with other companies?
  
  

Over a 6-month period, we delved into new and complex design and technology topics; analysing and dissecting each topic's relevance and impact for our specific client. Our approach included highlighting pros and cons for product portfolio inclusion, analysing the market, and creating visual use cases. Collaboratively, we prioritized and highlighted the most relevant insights, proposing ways in which to actionably proceed in the short, medium and long-term.
